Amy Freedheim* – Amy Freedheim is a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Washington State, where she has worked for over 34 years, starting in January 1991.

Adam Eucker – Adam Eucker is a senior deputy prosecuting attorney at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. He is currently a trial deputy in the Felony Traffic Unit, handling felony DUI, vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, and hit and run death cases. Wendy Ross* – Wendy Ross serves as a Criminal Advocate Supervisor within the Domestic Violence Unit of the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Washington State. Her extensive experience in victim services spans over three decades, dating back to January 1991. She has been a Supervisor of the Criminal Legal Advocacy Program at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office since January 2006.
Ross plays a critical role in supporting and guiding victims of domestic violence through the complex criminal justice system. Det. Sgt. Ben McBride - Ben McBride grew up in the Thurston County area of western Washington. He attended some college after high school, but started training as an Electrician when he realized university was not suited for him at that time. He left the electrical trade and started with the
Washington State Patrol in 2002, beginning his law enforcement career. After initial trooper basic training, he worked in the WSP’s Field Operations Bureau as a trooper, performing additional duties such as a Collision Certified Technical Specialist/Reconstructionist, Control Tactics and Weapons Instructor, and pre-academy Field Training Officer. Detective Sergeant McBride was selected to a Trooper Detective position within the Criminal Investigation Division of the WSP in October 2012. He spent six total years on the Major Accident Investigation Team and nearly two more in the Criminal Investigation Unit in Spokane. As a detective, he received specialized training in reconstructing motorcycle, heavy truck, and other collisions. He was the WSP’s primary heavy truck reconstructionist for approximately two years of this time. He also received specialized training in Use of Force investigations and many other investigative topics. In February 2020, he was promoted to sergeant and was welcomed back into the Criminal Investigation Division as a supervisor in November 2020. He currently supervises the Criminal Investigation Unit in Spokane, where the unit handles many felony cases, to include felony collisions.
Det. Sgt. James Parzych – James Parzych was commissioned by the Washington State Patrol in 2010 and has been a professional collision investigator since 2014. In 2022 he was selected to administrate the WSP's collision investigation program and is responsible for training over one hundred Troopers and Detectives in the art and science. In 2023 he was accredited by ACTAR as #4392.
Brett Schoenberg - Brett Schoenberg is currently a detective with the Seattle Police Department. Brett was hired by the Seattle Police Department in 2007. Brett was assigned to various patrol duties until being assigned to the Auto Theft unit in 2016. In 2021, Brett was transferred to the Traffic Collision Investigation Squad. Brett has been certified as a technician and examiner for both Berla and Bosch CDR systems.
Det. Michael Pry - Michael Pry was hired by the Washington State Patrol in October 2013. He was commissioned in August 2016 and assigned to the Chehalis Detachment. He attended training as a certified technical specialist (CTS) in 2019. In 2022 he was assigned as a detective with the Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT). He is responsible for investigating catastrophic and high liability collisions within the State of Washington. He is certified in Heavy Vehicle Reconstruction, EDR Analysis, Heavy Vehicle EDR Analysis, Human Factors, and Video Analysis. He also teaches these topics at the Washington State Patrol Academy for CTS and Reconstruction courses. Outside of work he bowls competitively and enjoys playing video games.
Det. Evan Clark– Evan Clark was hired by the WSP in July 2011 and assigned to the District 5 Chehalis detachment in 2012. In 2016 he was certified as a Collision Reconstructionist and in 2018 became a Detective on the Washington State Patrol’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT). He was currently the senior Detective within the Major Accident Investigation Team and the primary Heavy Vehicle Reconstructionist for the Washington State Patrol. In this role he is responsible for investigating at fault commercial motor vehicle collisions which result in serious injury or death, as well as teaching multiple Heavy Vehicle Reconstruction courses within the Washington State Patrol. He is also certified as a Crash Data Retrieval Technician, Level 1 and Level 2 Analyst, Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorder Analyst and CVSA Part A and Part B certified.
J. Matthew Lacy, MD - Dr. Lacy trained in anatomic pathology at the University of Washington and forensic pathology at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of New York City. He has been a working medical examiner for twenty years and currently holds the position of Chief Medical Examiner at the King County Medical Examiner’s Office in Seattle.
Michele Walker - Michele Walker is a Senior Prosecuting Attorney with the City of Kent Law Department. She just celebrated 25 years with the City of Kent. Prior to being a prosecutor in Kent, Michele was a prosecutor in the City of Federal Way. Michele has a degree in psychology from the University of Washington and she attended Seattle University School of Law. Michele has taught classes at the Washington Basic Law Enforcement Academy as well as the Washington State Patrol Academy. She has also be a speaker at the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys conferences and DUI Bootcamps.
Bob Langbehn - Bob Langbehn is currently the Lead Deputy Prosecutor of the Major Crimes Unit at the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office. He has over 18 years of experience and has tried approximately 150 cases to verdict, including approximately 60 DUI trials during his time in District Court. Tobin Darrow - Tobin Darrow has been a prosecuting attorney for over 34 years. He has been Snohomish County’s designated felony traffic prosecutor since 2009. He began his career as a criminal defense attorney in Port Orchard. During his long and storied career he has tried about 100 felony cases, including a variety of vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and hit-and-run cases.
Michelle Rutherford, TSRP - Michelle Rutherford has been a Prosecutor in the State of Washington since 2012. Starting out in Municipal Court in the City of Seattle, Michelle developed a passion for enforcement of impaired driving cases that persists to this day. For the past ten years, Michelle has worked as a Deputy Prosecutor in Snohomish County Washington. Michelle has tried over seventy cases ranging from misdemeanors to class A felonies, but never lost sight of the importance of traffic safety issues. Between July of 2022 and November 2024, Michelle served as the District Court Lead and supervised the Deputy Prosecutors in the District Court Unit. Starting in December 2024, Michelle is assigned as a Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor to offer training and litigation support for all Prosecutors in the State of Washington.
Bradley Lane, TSRP - Bradley is a Special Prosecutor and state subject matter expert with experience in all stages of litigation. He currently prosecutes felony and misdemeanor traffic crime as a State Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor for the State of Washington. To date he has tried about 100 cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex Class-A felonies such as Assault-1, Arson-1, Sexual Assault, and Homicide, additionally, various traffic crimes such as Careless Driving Causing Death, Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Assault, and Felony DUI. He has supervised elite felony trial teams, he's trained cadets at the police academy, taught advanced trial techniques to prosecutors, he has argued cases before courts of appeal, and served on legislative workgroups.
He was educated at the University of California, Davis, in the field of Psychology with an emphasis in Cognitive Neuroscience. He holds a Juris Doctorate from The American University Washington College of Law with an emphasis in Criminal Litigation. He is a graduate of the Indiana University Borkenstein course on Alcohol Pharmacology and Impaired Driving as well as the US Secret Service course on Digital Evidence litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Colorado Supreme Court, the DC Court of Appeals, and the Washington State Supreme Court. In his off-time, he is a sponsored international trail runner and manages a partial ownership of a brewery in the Seattle marina district.
